How to spa at The Body Mantra : as asian-inspired Day Spa

:: SPA ETTIQUETT ::

Appointment
Appointments are essential; please book your treatments as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for initial consultation. Each guest completes a health history form, which takes about ten minutes.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late and we are booked after your session, although we really dislike doing it, your session may have to be shortened (full service fee will apply).

Spa Attire
We suggest you wear casual attire-something you can easily slip off and on without fussing. We will provide you with a robe, slippers and towels for your comfort.

Medical Conditions
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, let us know of any medical concerns.

Spa Environment
Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility, designed to provide a relaxing experience. As such, please ensure that cell phones and other devices are turned off, maintain quiet conversations and refrain from bringing children into the spa.

Jewellery
Remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. The Body Mantra will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting us. We encourage our guests to leave them in their home.

Communicating
We want all guests to feel comfortable during their treatment, if you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please speak with us and we will assist in ensuring you have the best possible experience in The BODY MANTRA.
